WESTBURY Leigh Primary School has thanked Westbury Music and Arts Festival for giving their young performers an opportunity to showcase their talent.
The school said, “Three of Westbury Leigh’s musical students took part in the local schools concert at All Saints Church, a fabulous venue with great acoustics. The children played a piece of baroque music called Hampton Court in a violin trio.
“They have been receiving violin lessons for only a couple of years from the wonderful Fern Joyce. They performed exceptionally and received praise from both staff and the public alike. It was a great privilege to be part of the Festival – thank you.”
