BRATTON Jubilee Hall organisers have plans to get creative to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee this year by creating three large mosaics for the outside walls, but are in need of supplies to complete the project.
The three designs will be the White Horse, Picquet Hill and the official Platinum Jubilee logo.
Organisers say “We would be most grateful for any donations of glass or ceramic mosaic tiles. Please contact cjelliott12@gmail. com if you can help.”
Open Day
As part of the Jubilee weekend celebrations, Bratton Jubilee Hall will also hold an open day on Saturday 4th June, from 10am to 2pm with set-up from 9.30. Small businesses, community groups etc are invited to book a table to promote or sell. There is no charge and the event.
The Hall is also open to book for conferences, meetings, lunches etc, with seating for 100, multimedia and a fully equipped kitchen. Contact Margaret on jubileehall87@ yahoo.com for further information and to book your place.
