GARAGE worker, Tom Roberts, braved the shave last week to raise money for Macmillan, with sponsorship currently at £390.
Tom Roberts, who works at Dilton Motors wanted to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support after people close to him have been affected by cancer, including his uncle who survived the disease last year.
This isn’t Tom’s first charitable event, having previously ran the Chippenham Half Marathon for Wiltshire Air Ambulance and Avon Valley Runners, Edington Half Marathon for Macmillan and the Bath Half Marathon for Clic Sargent.
But, he wanted to do something different this time. Thanks to Suzanne Large who owns The Hair Company in Westbury and is also married to the owner of Dilton Motors, Tom now is a little lighter on top of his head.
