Chalford House Hotel on the market for £1.2million

WESTBURY’S 18th century Chalford House Hotel in Warminster Road is on the market with Colliers International for offers in the region of £1.2million.  

The hotel has 20 ensuite letting rooms, a bar and restaurant and owners’ accommodation – consisting of a two large double bedroom ‘eco bungalow’. 

Ed Jefferson, from the hotels team at Colliers International said, “This Grade II listed hotel on the Warminster Road was acquired by our clients in 2013. Formerly known as the Cedar Hotel, the property has now been completely refurbished. 

“Our clients have worked hard to re-establish the business as one of the premier hotels in the area, with the emphasis very much on mid-week business customers alongside some weekend trade. This success is borne out by net sales of £518,000. 

“They have also added excellent owner’s accommodation, but with retirement beckoning, they have decided to place the hotel on the market.”
