CHILDREN at Westbury Infant School joined thousands of young people across the country for the School Games Virtual Santa Dash on 11th December.
The school reports, “The children were invited to wear a Christmas jumper if they already have one or if not, wear something bright and festive. All the children took part by ‘dashing’ around the playground completing 10 or more laps. We worked out that 10 laps =1 mile so we were very pleased with our distances. As you can see from the photographs, we really enjoyed every minute of our activity.”
The school raised £157 for Save the Children.
