Imperial Charity is organising another day trip, this time, to Swanage on Wednesday 28th August for senior citizens and children and adults with special needs.
Swanage has an award-winning golden sandy beach, a magnificent heritage pier, steam railway and clifftop castle.
“Join us for a great day out!” said the Imperial Charity. “Tickets are available from our High Street and Warminster Road charity shops in Westbury and the Warminster hub. A donation of £12 is required which is non-refundable with the day trip free for both adults and children with special needs. Coach trip pick-up points and timings will be shown on the tickets.
“Every year we organise a series of day coach trips for senior citizens and people of all ages with special needs. This activity not only fosters the making of new friendships but provides stimulation by enabling them to not only enjoy a day out, but to visit places they ordinarily would not be able to. People with special needs much be accompanied by a carer.”
