A FREE dementia-friendly awareness morning is being held in Dilton Marsh village hall on Saturday 3rd June from 9.30am – 12.30pm.
The event has been arranged by Jane Brake who was inspired to organise the morning after attending a similar event in Warminster. The awareness morning will help people to understand what dementia is, what it means to be a dementia-friendly community and how Westbury, its people, organisations and businesses, can become dementia-friendly.
Jane says, “I am doing it with the support of the Mothers Union and Claire Thomas from Alzheimers Support has agreed to speak.”
