Have your say on the incinerator appeal process

RESIDENTS have until Tuesday August 23rd to submit comments to the Planning Inspectorate about the proposed Westbury incinerator.

You will need to register or log into the appeals casework portal in order to submit any comments.

The appeal will be heard by the planning inspectorate on Tuesday 29th November. Wiltshire Council voted against the Westbury incinerator planning application following a long debate at County Hall last week.

NREL previously appealed their application for non-determination by Wiltshire Council, as they say their plans had been in discussion for nearly two years. A government appointment Planning Inspectorate is expected to make a decision in November.
