LOCAL people are encouraged to have their say about next year’s Westbury Festival by attending an upcoming meeting and joining the festival team.
This year’s fortnight-long music and arts festival, held in July, was praised by organisers and residents for the rich variety of music, informative talks and stand-up comedy.
The festival team are planning next year’s event and want to hear from local people, who are invited to attend the group’s annual general meeting on 29th November where they will discuss next year’s festival and possible plans.
“Everyone is welcome to attend,” says a member of the team, Radek Evans. “We will discuss the last festival and possible plans for next year’s festival. If you are interested in joining our festival team or hearing about the festival or have any ideas of your own, please come.”
The meeting will take place at The Laverton on Bratton Road at 7pm. Just turn up or let the team know you are attending by emailing: Info@WestburyFestival.org.uk
