Police were called to an address in Railway Close, Westbury, shortly before 3.00pm on Saturday 11th September following the discovery of the body of a 15 year-old girl.
The girl has been identified as Francis Emma Scane from Railway Close, Westbury who attended John O’Gaunt School in Trowbridge and previously Matravers School, Westbury.
Enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding her death are on-going but it is not being treated as suspicious.
As White Horse News was going to press, a file was being prepared for HM Coroner for Wiltshire and Swindon and no further details had been released.
A resident who knew Francis stated, “She was a very lovely, gorgeous, happy, stunning girl who everybody loved and it has been a huge shock to everyone.”
