A motor repairs business has taken a new lease on premises in Westbury.
KP Garage and Body Shop has moved into Unit 1, Westbury Industrial Estate in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Myddelton & Major partner Dean Speer said, “KP Garage and Body Shop has been an integral part of the Westbury motor trade scene for 27 years.
“Well-known owners Dave Keay and Luke Pinnell, both fully-qualified motor industry professionals, were seeking new premises and found this Westbury Industrial Estate to be the perfect fit.”
KP Garage Bodyshop has taken a 10-year lease on the 3,300 sq ft (307 sq m) workshop off station road. The rent was undisclosed.
The brick-built unit has a metal roller shutter, pedestrian access door and a pitched corrugated sheet roof.
Westbury Industrial Estate is half a mile north west of the town centre, adjacent to Westbury’s railway station and the established industrial area of Brook Lane.
