FITNESS instructor Debbie Bailey recently won a national award for her services to community group fitness.
Debbie won the ‘Fitness Community Instructor for Equality and Diversity’ in recognition of her contribution to fitness groups for the 50+ age group, young people and disabled people. The awards was organised by Project Mayhem and was held at Trowbridge Civic Centre.
Debbie runs several classes at Leigh Park Community Centre including Zumba Toning and Fitness, Zumba Gold and Swingin 60s and Pilates.
Debbie said, “Needless to say, after 25 years in the industry and 10 years of running my own business, I am very proud to receive a national award.”
