DO you think you have the cutest pet in Westbury? Then this could be your chance to show off your pet in White Horse News and win a fantastic prize!
White Horse News is once again looking for entries for its ‘Cutest Pet’ competition, celebrating National Pet Month.
Last year’s competition was an overwhelming success, with 115 Westbury pets competing for the title and hundreds of votes cast by animal-loving readers. Westbury’s reigning ‘Cutest Pet’ is Teegan, a fourteen-year old Husky dog, owned by Chloe Raymond.
Animals of all shapes and sizes are eligible to enter, regardless of whether they have four-legs, two-legs or none.
The competition is open to any pet who lives in our newspaper distribution area. Please email a clear photo of your pet only, (one photo per pet) to: news@whitehorsenews.co.uk
All entries must include the name of your pet, and the owner’s name, address and contact details and must be emailed to our office by 5.00pm on Thursday 4th April.
Entries will be shortlisted and the finalists’ photographs will be printed in the next issue of White Horse News. Readers will then be asked to vote on which pet deserves to be crowned the ‘Cutest Pet.’
Ginger & Black, a new dedicated photography studio, set in the heart of Chapmanslade, has kindly donated a winner’s prize of a studio photo-shoot for the winning owner’s pet.
They say, “Whether your pet is furry, scaly or feathered, our sessions are run at your pet’s pace. We take time to get to know your pets so that they are relaxed and we can capture their unique personality and character.
“Our studio shoots normally last for approximately one hour. More time is available if required. The shoot includes: complimentary consultation at our studio; viewing and ordering appointment at our studio; includes four social media sized digital images with discreet watermark. The prize is worth £125.”
A story and photograph of the winning pet and its owner will also be featured in the following edition of White Horse News. So if you think your cat is the one that got the cream or that your goldfish can swim its way into the hearts of our readers, send us a photo to news@whitehorsenews.co.uk.
