FDC Law, Solicitors, have welcomed a new recruit to its Frome office to help provide specialist legal services to the local community.
Private Client Solicitor, Malcolm Gibbs, specialises in Wills, Probate & Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, Estate Planning, Family and Farming Business Succession Planning. Malcolm joins FDC Law with long history of providing private client work in a wide variety of legal firms and one of the “Big Four” accountancy firms.
“I have lived my whole life in the West Country and my work has given me extensive experience in all aspects of private client work, from the more straightforward Wills and estate administrations to specialist estate and tax planning”, Malcolm explained. “The challenges of family business and farming succession particularly interest me as well as working with individuals, getting to know them and their families, to provide them with confidence and understanding in their legal affairs”.

Emma Williams, Partner and Head of the Private Client Department explains, “Over the last couple of years, FDC Law in Frome has seen significant changes and we are looking forward to the future with Malcolm joining us as part of our planned expansion of our Frome office”.
