Pinniger Finch & Co, the only solicitors based in Westbury, introduce their new conveyancing team of Norma Allison and Beverley Braithwaite.
Norma is a residential and commercial conveyancing solicitor, having qualified in 2005. With experience in both local market town solicitors and online bulk conveyancing firms, Norma is delighted to be back in a local firm where the clients receive personal face-to-face contact.
She said, “Moving house is a stressful time for people and clients need to be able to deal with the same people throughout the transaction and have their queries dealt with in a professional and expedient manner. Nothing is more re-assuring for the client than being able to meet with the person who is handling the conveyancing process for them.”
Norma has experience of dealing with high net worth property, new build plots, free and leaseholds, investment property, remortgages, additional borrowing, shared ownership, First Buy and auction properties.
Beverley will support Norma and has many years conveyancing and cashier experience in local legal firms. Having worked for a local estate agent, Beverley is only too aware of the importance of the solicitor/client/estate agent relationship in any conveyancing matter.
Pinniger Finch & Co hold the Conveyancing Quality Standard (CQS) quality standard issued by the Law Society, which provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership establishes a level of credibility for firms with stakeholders such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential home buyers and sellers.
Bill White, senior partner said, “Westbury businesses need to support each other and now we have a new team in place, it would be good to see us working with the estate agents in town for the mutual benefit of people who are buying or selling their property.”
Pinniger Finch & Co are located at 35 Church Street (the road opposite Morrisons) and has its own car park.
