PLANS are being made to ensure Westbury’s popular Christmas Tree Festival can go ahead for 4th – 7th December at All Saints Church Westbury with booked, timed slots for visitors to ensure social distancing.
The organisers said, “We would love it if our supporters from previously years would be willing to sponsor a tree again and new sponsors are always welcome.
“If you would like to join in with the event by sponsoring a tree, please contact the parish office on 01373 859450 or wcw@whtministry.org.uk as soon as possible to express your interest and to request an application form, preferably before 9th October.
“Tree set up will be with timed slots to ensure social distancing can be carried out and masks are to be worn in church at all times. If you are interested in volunteering as a steward please leave your contact details. We look forward to seeing you there.”
