THE Horse and Groom pub brought Germany to Westbury again with another successful Oktoberfest.
With all things traditional Oktoberfest, including beer, bratwurst and live music, the people of Westbury enjoyed what the pub and organisers had to offer.
On the beer menu was five prime German Oktoberfestbiers including Hofbrau, Spaten, Paulaner, Lowenbrau and Hacker Pschor as well as craft beers such as Cascadia’s Ghost from Dawkins, Gaucho; brewed by Westbury’s own Twisted Ale Company, Tailshaker from Great Oakley and finally Posh IPA from Yeovil.
Three companies, J Sanders, ARB Heating and Keeva Travel, also sponsored a barrel, with their sponsorship being used to support good causes in Westbury.
Keeva Travel were also on hand to give festival-goers the chance to win a weekend break to the home of Oktoberfest, Munich!
With live music and entertainment throughout the day including the Bathhampton Morris Men, organisers and festival-goers can raise a glass and prost! to another successful Oktoberfest at the Horse and Groom.
