The Phone Box Gallery in the Market Place is now showcasing new artwork created by pupils at Westbury Leigh Primary School.
The phone box was taken on by Westbury Town Council in 2018 and transformed into a tiny gallery, which opened in 2023.
The gallery showcases artwork by local people and is currently displaying Georgian portraits created by Year 2 students.
Mayor of Westbury Cllr Carole King said, “I always look forward to seeing the children’s artwork when I walk into town and pass the phone box in the Market Place. Such creativity is to be encouraged and admired.
“The whole town can benefit from seeing their artwork, which is important to those of us who no longer have any contact with local schools or family members in primary schools.”
