BRIGHTERKIND’S Westbury Court Care Home in Westbury has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the outstanding care and support for residents and their families during the early transition period into the home.
Family members were asked to provide feedback after they made an enquiry with the home to arrange care for a loved one. The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award has been given for meeting high standards based on the number of reviews and their average rating.
Some of the feedback received included, “The staff are always extremely helpful and go the extra mile to help.”
“I came to have a look around with a view to my father coming in for respite care and was very impressed with the staff and the premises.”
“Very friendly, clean, tidy. Felt very welcomed, well done to the young lady who showed us around.”
The home’s manager, Jane Jones, said, “We are thrilled to receive this award which shows that this past year, despite the incredible challenges of the pandemic, we have continued to help make the move into Westbury Court as stress-free and seamless as possible at what can be a difficult and emotional time.”
