A WESTBURY care worker recently won an award for her work at Watersmead Care Home in the town.
Annette Ayles won ‘Leader of the Year’ at the recent Order of St John Care Trust’s annual employee awards ceremony.
Annette, a manager at the home on White Horse Way, was given the award and commended for “working extremely hard to create a community which is led by the residents and for managing with her heart, commitment and values.”
Robin Khokhar, the care company’s assistant operations director for Wiltshire said, “This is always a very special time for Order of St John Care Trust as it gives us the opportunity to recognise and reward our amazing employees for their outstanding contribution and commitment to the care residents receive living in our care homes throughout Wiltshire.”
