KEEN cyclist, Tracie Kett, will cycle 100 miles next month to raise money for Bath RUH’s breast cancer unit following the news that her closest friend had been diagnosed last year.
On Saturday 8th June, Tracie, of Westbury the director of Gillingham Glass in Dorset, will cycle a 100 mile route starting in Trowbridge and cycling through Pewsey, Newbury, Andover, Ludgershall finishing back at Trowbridge.
Tracie has been cycling for just over two years and says she is ready for the challenge.
Tracie said, “I had already planned to cycle 100 miles this year but found out my closest friend was diagnosed with breast cancer late last year,
“I have decided to raise money for the unit as they are being most supportive, the best team and the best individuals they could ever be and on behalf of my closet friend I would like to thank them with all my heart.
“I also have the best support team behind me helping me to achieve this who I would like to say a huge thank you to them in advance.
