TWISTED Brewing Co, Westbury’s own microbrewery, will be opening its doors to the public for the first time ever as part of the Westbury Music and Arts Festival this month.
The tour of the brewery, which makes a number of beers including ‘Conscript’, ‘Pirate’ and ‘Rider’, will take place on Thursday 29th September.
Andy Murray of the Twisted Brewing Co. said, “As a Westbury company we are delighted to support the festival and give local people a chance to learn something about the art of brewing, see where the beer is made and sample some beers direct from our cellars. The tour will be educational and, we hope, very enjoyable!”
During the festival Andy hopes to provide a special festival ale on draught at some of the pubs that are featuring events and offer the Twisted beer range.
The brewery tour is on Thursday 29th September at 7pm. Tickets cost £3 per person and must be bought in advance from E.J. Crafts on Maristow Street or online at www.westburyfestival.org.uk
There will be no entry on the night without pre-bought tickets. Numbers are limited so book early – if numbers exceed the maximum for the first tour, a second may be arranged for the following Thursday, 6th October.
