WHITE Horse News has a new reporter on the team to cover Westbury’s news.
Chris Melvin has taken over Sam Tarling’s reporting role, now that Sam has moved on to work for a daily English language newspaper in Beirut.
Chris, 24, is originally from Melksham and has moved back to the area after working on a newspaper in Leeds. “I’m really looking forward to the challenge and finding out about the stories that matter to the people of Westbury,” he said.
“I’ve really enjoyed my first week on the White Horse News and I know that there’s a lot going on in the town. I’m sure it will be an interesting place to be a reporter.”
