WESTBURY Town Council is inviting nominees for the annual Civic Award(s) and Young Person’s Civic Award(s).
The awards are given to those who have given outstanding service to the community of Westbury, by personal effort or self sacrifice, or contributed to the town or people of Westbury by some other act of outstanding citizenship. Forms are available from Keith Harvey, Town Clerk, The Laverton, Bratton Road, Westbury BA13 3EN, or via westburytc@btconnect. com. Nominations must be returned by 22nd February.
David Wakefield, Janet Wakefield, John Osborne, John Rogers and Ken Holloway all received civic awards at the Mayor’s Reception last year.
