A LOCAL piano tutor has congratulated her pupils on a successful set of exam results this summer.
Pupils of Jenny Firkins’ piano tuition were visited by an examiner from the London College of Music in July.
Jenny said, “Congratulations to all my pupils. I’m very pleased with the results and it’s great to see my pupils succeed.”
Grades were awarded as follows: Piano: Grade 1: Erin Andrews, Emily Cooper (distinction), Niall Henry (merit), Callum Gee (distinction), Ruby Jazrawy-Brown (distinction), Alice Long (merit), Suzanna Mackintosh (merit). Grade 2: Abigail Adams (distinction), Benjamin Adams (distinction), Mia Jazrawy-Brown (merit), Rachael Lawes, Christopher Nellis. Grade 3: Genevieve Dawson. Grade 4: Christopher Allen (distinction), Beth Downey, Dermot Henry (distinction), Jack Jazrawy-Brown (merit), Timothy Lee, Theodore Nellis. Grade 5: Jackie Adams (merit).
Keyboard: Grade 4: Thomas Andrews (merit)
