PAPER Bag Co, an environmentally friendly carrier bag company, has moved to a shiny new home on the Woodlands Industrial Estate off Eden Vale Road.
Paper Bag Co offer a full range of custom, wholesale and promotional carrier bags made from environmentally friendly materials such as paper, cotton, and bamboo. With a growing concern for our planet and the damage caused by plastic, there has been an increase in desire for paper-based products.
The aim of the move was to bring all areas of the business, including their office, storage and distribution, in-house and under one roof to allow for further growth.
Jon Marling, managing director said, “We have enjoyed sustainable growth over the last 10 years and have now moved into a bigger office and warehouse space to bring everything under one roof, to make us more efficient for customers.
“We have also invested in state-of-the-art printing equipment to help improve our turnaround times and make pricing even more competitive.”
Jon started Paper Bag Co in 2006, after noticing a gap in the market for paper bags and accessories. It all started in a small office in Bradford-on-Avon. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength, with a 50% increase in staff over the past 12-18 months alone.
Now, Jon and his team are looking forward and are excited to be introducing new product ranges, including paper-based products such as paper mailing bags and paper pouches for the food industry, through investments in state-of-the-art printing technology.
