Do you own or know of land which is potentially suitable for development for housing, employment, retail, leisure, community uses? If so, the Westbury Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group want to hear from you!
The steering group wants to identify potential sites for future development in Westbury from now until 2036 (see map of the Neighbourhood Plan area)
The group says, “To achieve this, we have been in contact with some landowners, developers and agents who have sites for potential residential development included in the Wiltshire Council Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA), however we want to ensure that we reach those who may have an interest in developing land for all uses, including those who are not already identified/known to us.

The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group will then consider the site and its viability/suitability for inclusion in the Westbury Neighbourhood Plan.
