MARTIN & Co in Westbury has been awarded the top selling Martin & Co branch in the UK, out of 200 offices across the country.
The Property Franchise Group hosted their annual conference awards at Whittlebury Hall on Saturday 27th January that saw the Westbury branch take the top spot, winning their special recognition award.
The award was presented by Ian Wilson, managing director of Property Franchise Group to brothers John and Luke Hames, co-directors of the branch.
As well as receiving the award, the team in Westbury was also named in the top 10 selling agents of all agents in the UK. Because of this achievement, they were given a gift of a VIP day out to the Grand National from Zoopla, the online house search database.
On receiving the award, director Luke Hames said, “I was speechless, it was so unexpected! Three years ago we were a lettings office, and now we are an award-winning sales office, the top selling Martin & Co in the UK out of 200 offices nationwide. Myself and my brother John are very proud of the sales and lettings service we provide and the fantastic team we have assembled and all credit must go to them.”
