WESTBURY Lions Club were delighted at their well attended Easter Egg Hunt fundraiser last month.
Lions Club president Nigel Coward said, “Our egg hunt raffle winner Alicia Renton, who attends Dilton Marsh Primary School, told her mum that if she won then pigs would fly. We haven’t seen any flying pigs yet, but we’re very happy to see her receive the winning egg!
“Our Easter Egg Hunt was very well attended, with over 150 Easter eggs given away on the day. Our raffle raised just under £100 and as always, the money will be going to local causes.
“Thank you to the All Saints Church for letting us host the event there again this year, and also to all those who came and enjoyed the morning with us.”
